Meet Ben Zarzaur
Ben Zarzaur is a coach, surgeon-scientist, leader, and founder of Via Dura Coaching & Consulting.
For more than twenty years, Ben has worked in places where pressure, uncertainty, urgency, and responsibility are part of daily life. As a trauma and acute care surgeon, researcher, educator, and division chief, he has built teams, cared for people in moments of crisis, developed leaders, and helped high-performing professionals navigate demanding work. That experience shaped the central belief behind Via Dura: Hard work will change us. The question is whether it will narrow us or develop us.
